To increase FastPass utilization and ensure any cancelled appointments are filled by patients who can use that appointment slot, patients on the waitlist for an appointment will begin receiving 'FastPass' appointment offers throughout the business day (at 8 a.m., noon, or 5 p.m.) on Wednesday, Oct. 16.
