Tuition Waiver Program Update
The governor has recently signed into law Senate Bill 202, The Appropriations Act of 2009 (Session Law 2009-451). Section 9.21 of the Bill reduces, from three to two, the number of Tuition Waiver free courses a full-time staff member may enroll in per academic year.

ConnectCarolina begins implementation July 20
UNC is preparing to launch ConnectCarolina, a new integrated administrative system. The first phase of this implementation will take place on July 20, 2009 and involves a new portal where the online campus directory will be accessed.

Alert Carolina Siren Test - Tuesday, Sept.16
Yhe University will conduct a TEST of the emergency sirens and text messages on Tuesday, Sept. 16, between 12:15 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. No action is needed during the test.
