Everyone can play a role in infection prevention, from participation in our hospital’s Clean In, Clean Out hand hygiene program to adhering to isolation precautions signs posted on the patient’s doors to advocating for our patients to have devices (e.g., central lines and foley catheters) removed as soon as possible.
