The Weigh To Wellness is an 8-week weight loss class that includes nutrition education, exercise, and behavior change. A Registered Dietitian leads all the education sessions while fitness professionals lead the exercise sessions.

Zumba for Employees
The Women’s Health Information Center provides on-site Zumba classes every Wednesday and Friday from 5:15 to 6:05 for employees for 3 dollars a session. It is held in the gym in the Rehab Area on the 7th floor of NC Memorial Hospital. For more information call 984-974-8882.
