Cure SMA: Basic Research Grant Program
UPCOMING DEADLINE: Cure SMA is accepting applications to support novel research that will enhance the understanding of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) disease pathology at the molecular, cellular and biochemical level; generate key reagents and tools to facilitate drug development and clinical trials; and identify new therapeutic strategies for SMA in particular combination approaches. Macula Society: Macula Society Research Grant
The Macula Society is accepting applications to support clinically relevant research into macular or retinal vascular diseases. Pilot projects with the potential to obtain additional external funding and projects coordinating the efforts of the general membership are preferred. Projects that already receive or are expected to receive $50,000 or more from other sources are not eligible for the Macula Society Research Grant Program. Award amount up to $30,000 over 18 months.
