Planned Epic@UNC downtimes Feb. 19, Feb. 21 for Disaster Recovery Test
As part of a disaster recovery test, two planned Epic@UNC downtimes are scheduled: Epic@UNC will be down for approximately 90 minutes beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19 AND for approximately 90 minutes beginning at 4 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 21.

To help improve the My UNC Chart activation rate and access to care for patients through the ability to schedule and request appointments and receive Fast Pass offers, clinic team members can add the MyChart Status column to the DAR (administrative workflow) to guide activation efforts.
