Whitehead receives 5-year AHRQ R01 grant for managing fecal incontinence
William E. Whitehead, PhD, Director of the UNC Center for Functional GI & Motility Disorders, was awarded a 5-year AHRQ R01 grant to test a promising cost-effective nurse-delivered conservative treatment for fecal incontinence that was developed at the Center.
