Save the Date: 2016 Nursing Research & Quality Conference
The 2016 UNC Medical Center Nursing Research and Quality Conference, “Mine” the Gap: Measuring the Value in Quality & Research, will be held March 10 - 11, 2016, at the William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education. Poster abstracts are now being accepted now through Oct. 2, 2015. Abstracts will be selected based on peer-review evaluations and accepted presenters must register for the conference.

Show us what your unit or team has done this year to improve the quality of care and services at UNC Health Care by sharing your success in a poster. Poster registration will be open until Monday, Sept. 21, and completed posters are due by Monday, Oct. 5.

Join us at the Hampton Inn in Carrboro on Feb. 4 for the Eleventh Annual Silent Auction in support of UNC Hospitals' Beacon Program. Honorary co-hosts are Brian Goldstein, MD, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of UNC Hospitals, and his wife, Lisa. Categories of items this year are sports memorabilia, jewelry, getaways, home and garden, wine and dine, art, gift baskets, and a live auction. All donations are tax deductible. Auction proceeds will be used for services and programs.
