Systematic Review Series offered at Health Sciences Library
This spring, catch one or all of the Research Hub @ HSL’s six-part series on systematic reviews. The sessions will provide an introduction and walk attendees through topic refinement, power searching, tracking references, study selection and presentation of results.

HSL facilitates access to UpToDate for UNC Health Care
The Health Sciences Library (HSL) partnered with the UNC Health Care System to extend access across UNC Health Care locations to UpToDate, an online clinical reference tool that is seamlessly integrated with their new electronic health record (EHR) system.

Librarians partner on grant funded research team
Three Health Sciences Library (HSL) librarians and Lori Leibold, PhD, associate professor in the Department of Allied Health Sciences, earned nearly $50,000 in funding from an NIH/NLM Administrative Supplement to provide informationist services.

Media Design Studio to become Group Study Room
After surveying users of the UNC Health Sciences Library (HSL) and careful consideration by HSL librarians, the HSL has decided to close the Media Design Studio in room 229 on June 1.
