Medical student Amalia Lee learned about being a caregiver from her mom, Naomi, a pediatric nurse practitioner at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and a Lt. Col. (ret.) in the Air Force Reserves. Following her mom's path, Amalia, who serves in the North Carolina Army National Guard, looks forward to caring for children one day.
