UNC Hospitals’ inpatient satisfaction scores rose to the 74th percentile in the University Healthsystem Consortium (UHC) database for the 2rd quarter of the 2010 fiscal year (October – December 2009). That means that our patients ranked our inpatient services more highly than 74 percent of our peers.
