UNC Hospitals ranked #1 among Triangle hospitals in nine of the 10 categories of the latest Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider Systems (HCAHPS) survey. We operate in a very competitive health care market, so this is truly a great accomplishment.
CHT implements schedule changes as of Aug. 15
To improve the financial sustainability of the transit system, Chapel Hill Transit (CHT) implemented schedule changes that became effective Aug. 15. CHT makes changes to its schedules two times a year in response to ridership trends, changing traffic patterns, popular destinations and growth in the area.

Transit update regarding student move-in
Student move-in officially begins Wednesday, Aug. 17. This may cause traffic delays and will also effect both Craige Deck and S1 permit holders. Also note that South Road will be closed to through traffic from 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, through 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22.
