From Nov. 1 – 30, UNC Health Care will offer a Paid Time Off (PTO) Leave sell back election period with a payout on Dec. 21, 2011. Employees are eligible to sell back a minimum of eight hours and a maximum of 120 hours.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will conduct the first nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS). The national test will occur on Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 2 p.m., and it will last 30 seconds.
