Employee Records at Hospital
Employee Records office will have a representative at the hospital Thursday, Feb. 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Medical School Wing C (old Motel)  Room 102 to help you with record related questions and forms.


Sprint On-Site

SunTrust On-Site
Stop by and see our SunTrust representative Tuesday, Feb. 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Children's Hospital Lobby to find out about great SunTrust banking special deals and services. If you are unable to attend, contact the representative directly - Andrew Hawkins at (919) 932-2700.


Employee Benefits at Hospital
Employee Benefits office will have a representative at the hospital Wednesday, Feb. 8 from noon to 4 p.m. in the Medical School Wing C (old Motel) Room 102 to help you with benefits related questions and forms.


NC Supplemental Plan Sessions
NC 401(k) & 457 plan representative Margaret Hendershot will be available on-site for one-on-one appointments and education sessions on Thursday, Feb. 9 from 1 to 4:30 p.m. in the Medical School Wing C (old motel) Room 104.  Please contact  Margaret Hendershot at (919) 435-8030  to schedule your appointment.


Planning for Your Financial Security
This workshop will discuss managing today’s money, building your plan for the future and retirement.  It is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 10 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Hedrick Classroom #2.  Register via the Learning Management System (LMS).  Seating is limited.
