2012 Administrative Professionals Conference

This year the theme of the conference is, "It's a Jungle Out There: Your Survival Guide to Taming Difficult Situations."

Administrative professionals are the heartbeat of the workplace. They’re responsible for ensuring that tasks are done efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively. They are also company representatives for interactions with customers, patients, and employees. Administrative professionals operate at the core of all businesses and are vital to their success. Of course, executing the numerous responsibilities of an administrative professional in today’s fast-paced workplace means regularly dealing with difficult situations. Let’s face it: sometimes, It’s a Jungle Out There!

Come join us for a day of fun, laughter, and training in how to positively deal with difficult situations at the office. This is a great opportunity to celebrate the important work you do and network with fellow administrative professionals within UNC Health Care.

The one-day Administrative Professionals Conference will be held at the Hedrick Building on three separate occasions: April 25, 26, and 27. At UNC Health Care, administrative professionals have many titles which include, but are not limited to: Administrative Assistants, HUCs, Processing Assistants, Patient Account Representatives, CBAs, PBAs, Clerks and Coordinators. To register, please use the Learning Management System and the keyword “APC” when searching the class schedule. Select one of three dates to attend: April 25, 26 or 27. Seating is limited and sessions fill up fast, so don’t delay!
