The annual UNC Health Care Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. program will take place Friday, Jan. 18. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Rupert Nacoste, Professor of Psychology and author, from North Carolina State University.

Musical selections will be performed by Promise Idol finalist Courtney Cox and the advanced harp students from W.G. Pearson Gifted and Talented Elementary School.
During his life’s work, Dr. King was committed to caring about people of all walks of life. This commitment is aligned with our mission here at UNC Health Care. Our commitment to caring acknowledges the importance of people as one of the pillars vital to our success as an organization.
The program is sponsored, in part, by the UNC Health Care Nursing Diversity Council and the Employee Relations Department.
