Nutrition & Food Services welcomes guest chef May 30

UNC Hospitals' Nutrition & Food Services team is delighted to welcome Sean Fowler, Mandolin of Raleigh’s Executive Chef, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 30. Chef Fowler will join UNC Hospitals' Executive Chef Shawn Dolan and Director Angelo Mojica to provide a cooking demonstration and offer a lunch special for our patients, visitors, and co-workers on patient menus and in the Terrace Café.
