Busy signals on desk phones

Since mid-May, Telecommunications has added or moved more than 1,400 phones to our system. The number of relocations and new services have led to more phone calls in and out of the telephone system causing our customers to sometimes receive busy signals when the lines are overloaded.

Nutrition & Food Services is delighted to welcome Jason Smith, Chef/Proprietor of Seaboard 18 in Raleigh, to join UNC Hospitals' Executive Chef Shawn Dolan and Nutrition & Food Services Director Angelo Mojica on Wednesday, Sept. 25. Smith will provide a cooking demonstration and offer a lunch special on patient menus and in the Terrace Café for our patients, visitors, and co-workers.
