Performance Review Reminder for Employees

Employee Performance Reviews rolled out from Taleo Performance on July 10 with the Goal Plans/Job Functions for the job held by the employee on March 31. Supervisors are responsible for conducting the Employee Performance Review of their employees that reported to them on March 31. NOTE: Employees in probation (hired after Sept. 30, 2014) are not eligible for FY15 Performance Reviews.

If your Manager has requested you complete your self-assessment prior to your one-on-one review session with him/her, please take a few minutes to logon and complete this task. 

For Employees new to Taleo Performance, the LMS Taleo Performance for Employees training is available online, to help assist with instructions for navigating and processing the self-assessment and acknowledging the performance reviews.

The Performance Review processing period runs through Sept. 30.
