As you move through Epic@UNC, you may see flowsheet or navigator documentation that has $$ signs. Those rows will automatically send hospital charges to be billed. Because of that, it is critical that nursing staff (nurses, PCTs, CSTs, NAs) DO NOT document on those rows. Only those departments that send charges for billing (i.e., Respiratory Therapy, Physical/Occupational Therapy and others) are to use those rows.
