New Yoga@Work session offered

Beginning June 3, new Yoga@Work session will be offered on Wednesday mornings from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. The class is perfect for employees coming off the night shift and those looking for a positive way to start their day.

Finally, someone is listening and here is our answer. The Women’s Health Information Center is taking time to reach out to our amazing night shift workers who need to unwind, relax and de-stress after a long shift, as well as those 9-to-5ers looking for a positive way to start their day. Join us for Yoga@Work, a relaxing combination of deep breathing and core-building poses, on Wednesday mornings from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. in the Women’s Health Information Center on the ground floor of the Women’s Hospital.

This class is a trial run, so if you’re interested, be sure to let us know, and bring your friends. We start Wednesday, June 3. Cost is $3 per class or $10 for a four-class pass.
