Daniels named System Vice President of Pharmacy Services

Non-Oncology chemotherapy order set transition
As a reminder, order sets should be used to order non-oncology chemotherapies given in the INPATIENT setting. Non-oncology chemotherapy infusions given in the AMBULATORY setting will continue to use Therapy Plans (or Meds & Orders or Order Entry in certain non-oncology ambulatory professional billing clinics) for ordering non-oncology chemotherapy treatments.

UNC Hospitals’ Beacon Child and Family Program, the Compass Center, and the Women’s Health Information are partners in the annual cell phone donations to the Orange County domestic violence agency. You can continue to take your donated cell phones to the Women’s Health Information Center on the ground floor of the N.C. Women’s Hospital. All donations are tax deductible.
