Learn how to:

  • Explain the importance of resilience in helping us achieve our Carolina Value goals
  • Identify the impact that stress and emotional fatigue have on work and patient care quality
  • Explain how to log on and access resilience tools
  • Demonstrate ability to use resilience tools to reduce burnout and enhance resilience
  • Agree that leaders need to be mindful of signs of burnout
  • Agree that simple, brief, resilience tools can help prevent burnout and emotional fatigue
  • Commit to take deliberate action to enhance resilience of leaders and staff

This session is for leaders with supervisory responsibilities (senior leaders, directors, managers, supervisors, CNIVs, clinic managers, ACAs, and physician leaders). Registration is first come, first served, so don't delay!
