Cadence Scheduling Visit Type and Template requests now processed thru HEAT ticket submission

Requests for Epic@UNC visit type and template maintenance previously sent to Patient Access Support Services (PASS) via the PASS Outlook Inbox should now be entered via a HEAT ticket.

HEAT tickets can be created by calling the Help Desk at 984-974-4357 and asking the ISD Service Desk representative to assign the ticket to UNCHCS PASS or going online to HEAT Cloud (Internet Explorer only) and entering “UNCHCS PASS” in the Short Summary field before the reason for entering the ticket. 

This transition will be beneficial, as a specific ticket number will be assigned to each submission for tracking, communication, and reporting purposes. The current PASS Outlook Inbox will provide an automatic reply instructing the sender to submit or update a HEAT ticket for all requests and will be deactivated on Sept. 14, 2015.
