Reminder: FY2016 Performance Reviews

The Taleo performance evaluation process opened on Friday, July 15, 2016, and will remain open until Friday, Sept. 30, 2016. The performance period reflects Fiscal Year 2016 (July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016).

The Goal Plans/Job Functions are for the job held by the employee on March 31. Supervisors are responsible for conducting the Employee Performance Review of their employees that reported to them on March 31NOTE: Employees in probation (hired after Sept. 30, 2015) are not eligible for FY16 Performance Reviews. 

If your Manager has requested you complete your self-assessment prior to your one-on-one review session with him/her, please take a few minutes to logon and complete this task.

For Employees new to Taleo Performance, the LMS Taleo Performance for Employees training is available online to help assist with instructions for navigating and processing the self-assessment and acknowledging the performance reviews. LMS online course code:  UNCHHRSCER

Staff must complete all required annual health care compliance online courses in Learning Made Simple (LMS) by Sept. 30. These online courses are important for ensuring the safety of our patients and our workplace and are required by many regulatory organizations.
