Looking for a better way to take control of your health and financial future? Let us help. Sign up for a UNC-Chapel Hill research study and take part in a free health or financial self-management program.

WHO: SMART Life is a CDC-funded UNC-Chapel Hill research study for individuals between 40-64 years of age who live or work in Orange, Durham, Wake, Guilford, or Cumberland County, and who are working 32+ hours per week. 

WHAT: Eligible participants will take part in a short-term health or financial self-management program and complete questionnaires throughout a 12-month period. Payment for participation is provided.

WHEN: All programs are offered during non-work hours and will be scheduled based upon availability.

WHERE: Self-management programs will take place in local public spaces (public libraries, community colleges or similar spaces) that are easily accessible through public transportation.
