Join us at the UNC Wellness Center at Meadowmont on Wednesday, March 2, from 6:30 - 8 p.m. for this free talk to help you be in your best shape possible for the Tar Heel 10-Miler and 4-mile races in early April. This event is FREE and open to the public. Come see how we can help you run faster, hurt less, and smile more while staying in shape!

Dr. David Berkoff from UNC Sports Medicine will be there to teach you about managing chronic running injuries, and staff from the UNC Wellness Performance Center will talk about recovery and improving the efficiency of your running technique. We'll also have physical therapists from UNC Therapy Services and Massage Therapists from the UNC Wellness Centers on hand to answer your questions and help you get ready to crush the Tar Heel 10!
