Patients to only receive one 'Recall' telephone call beginning Aug. 2

Currently, patients receive three 'Recall' phone calls via Televox (the vendor for telephone appointment reminders) to remind the patient to schedule an appointment that is due. Starting Tueday, Aug 2, patients will receive a single phone call 30 days in advance of the target appointment date.
