ISD to begin surveying employees on experience with ISD

In an effort to ensure the best service for our employees, beginning Wednesday, March 9, ISD will distribute a five-question survey by email to a subset of employees who have contacted ISD for assistance.

The survey will consist of the following questions:

  1. Was the person who answered the phone when you called courteous and professional?
  2. For the incident referenced, how would you rate the knowledge of the analyst who resolved your issue?
  3. How would you rate the timeliness to resolve your issue?
  4. How would you rate your overall level of satisfaction with the handling of this incident?
  5. Do you have any additional constructive feedback you would like to share?

This feedback will be tracked over time in addition to a new set of HEAT/Service Desk metrics available on the Intranet that will be published and shared monthly.
