Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Fundamentals Training

All newly hired/promoted managers and supervisors are required to take the Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Fundamentals (EEODF) training. If you have already completed the Equal Employment Opportunity Institute (EEOI), you do not need to register for EEODF.

Reminder: There are seats available for the next instructor-led Equal Employment Opportunity Diversity Fundamentals training scheduled for Thursday, May 4, 2017.

There are six online modules and an assessment (test) that must be completed prior to participants attending the instructor-led classroom session. The modules will take about 6 hours to complete and do not have to be completed in one session. The course modules for EEODF will be listed on your “To Do” list in the Learning Management System (HCSEEODFT_Curr).  Once you have completed the modules and passed the test, you will receive an email reminding you to register for the instructor-led classroom session. The course code for the instructor-led class is HCSEEODFTILT and is only available after successful completion of the online modules.
