“Created ten years ago, the Foundation’s mission is to heighten awareness and visibility of organ donation, while financially supporting transplant patients and their families,” said Charlotte Ray, co-founder of The Jason Ray Foundation.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of 21-year-old Jason Ray’s tragic passing after being struck by an SUV during the NCAA men's basketball tournament.  By previously electing to become an organ donor, Jason miraculously saved the lives of four people, while helping an additional 60-70 through his organ and tissue donation. Since then, Jason's story has reached millions of people and touched countless lives. To honor Jason and keep his memory alive, his family created The Jason Ray Foundation to continue his legacy.
