Providers: Click 'Details' button in 'Notes' window to view all options

Since Go-Live #6, some providers have been unable to see consult or procedure orders when writing notes, unable to link a note to an order, or unable to identify a note for co-sign. To fix these issues, make sure you select the 'Details' button in the 'Notes' window to access all of these options. Once selected, these details will remain open for all your patients moving forward.
