On Tuesday, Feb. 1, Dr. Rhonda Cadena provided comprehensive neurologic critical care education to more than 100 servicemen and servicewomen involved in medical care at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC).
Due to some recent changes in federal regulations, our major outsourcing supplier has rationed quantities of certain medications we are able to purchase at this time as they work through FDA operational changes. The timeframe for resolution to this situation is currently unknown. To minimize the impact to patient care, we are beginning in-house production immediately.
