UNC Health Care implementing 'No Show and Late Cancellation' policy

UNC Health Care is implementing a system-wide 'No Show and Late Cancellation' policy in its outpatient clinics and services. Beginning Aug. 15, if a patient misses his/her appointment and does not notify the outpatient clinic/service, the patient will receive a 'no-show' letter to remind them of our policy and provide information about cancelling and rescheduling appointments.
