A New Pre-Registration Team is on the Way!

Utilizing the Epic@UNC Patient Estimator, the new Pre-Registration team will verify insurance, create an estimate and call the patient to collect any patient liability. The team will work from a workqueue containing scheduled procedures up to 30 days out and will continue to expand in scope by service line and entity. Our goal is to increase point of service collections and improve the patient experience.
