Please join the UNC Cancer Network for an online telehealth lecture with Joshua Zeidner, MD. Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) is an aggressive hematologic malignancy that affects approximately 20,000 patients each year in the United States. Management of AML has changed little over the last several decades and outcomes remain unsatisfactory. However, recent drug discoveries and approvals show tremendous promise. This presentation will review the current treatment armamentarium of AML highlighting novel concepts and investigational agents in development.

Medical and Surgical Oncology lectures offer CNE, ASRT, and CME continuing education credit (upon approval) for eligible participants. We invite anyone interested to view our lectures. Lectures are viewable online via Zoom Webinar or by participating in the lecture at one of our designated viewing sites. Please contact us for more information about Zoom Webinar registration or to be connected with a site coordinator near you.
