Wait List management and Fast Pass improve patient satisfaction through the provision of timely care, and increases provider utilization by filling open appointment slots that would otherwise go unfilled. All non-English speaking callers should contact the Nutrition and Food Services call center at the direct line 4-1278 (from a hospital phone)/ 984-974-1278 (from outside the hospital or cellular) to place their meal orders.
