Triangle Heart Walk – 400 additional walkers needed; Collecting items for hurricane relief

Please join us to raise awareness about heart disease and stroke by participating in the 2018 American Heart Association Triangle Heart Walk on Sunday, Sept. 23! UNC Health Care has set a goal to have 1,200 walkers - and we need an additional 400 walkers to achieve that. At the walk, we will collect hurricane relief items to donate to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina for distribution to areas of need

We need everyone to join a team & to recruit co-workers, family, friends, and neighbors to join us. There is no cost to register for the event. If walkers cannot attend the Heart Walk on Sept. 23, still encourage them to join your team and participate virtually by taking a heart healthy walk wherever they are!
