On Tuesday, Oct. 2, UNC Health Care will replace 'Appointment Time' with 'Arrival Time' on our text, phone call, and print appointment reminders to patients. Please join one of our training sessions to understand the operational impact of this change. This change will allow clinics to account for the processing or wayfinding time needed that can affect an on-time start of a patient’s appointment.
