Coming May 10: Total Compensation Statements

UNC Health Care Human Resources is pleased to announce that 2018 Total Compensation Statements have been created for UNC Health Care employees. The myTotal Compensation Statement details the amount of regular pay an employee receives in addition to the value of the benefits that UNC Health Care makes available to employees and their families.

These personalized statements describe each individual employee’s Total Compensation for 2018, including 2018 earnings and 2018 benefit elections.  These statements will be distributed electronically on May 10, 2019.

Employees will be eligible to receive the 2018 Total Compensation Statement if they meet the following criteria:

  • Current active employees hired prior to December 16, 2018.
  • Employee working 20+ hours per week as of December 31, 2018.
  • Employed in a non-temporary position (excludes Per Diem, Pay Per Visit, Pay Per Class, Temporary and Resident status employees).

Please contact your HR Business Partner should you have difficulty accessing your Total Compensation Statement.

If you have questions that are not addressed in the document you receive on May 10, please submit a question through the myHR portal.
