How to get help following the Upgrade; Provider Engagement Centers opening April 8 - 12

Provider Engagement Centers (PECs) will be open across UNC Health Care to offer providers support for questions or issues related to Epic@UNC and the April 6 upgrade.

If you experience issues following the upgrade, first work with your Super Users or refer to training materials. If you still have issues:

  • For Urgent Issues: Call the ISD Service Desk at 984-974-4357. 
  • For Non-urgent issues: Submit a ticket online via MySupport@UNC or use ‘Live Chat’ between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Friday.
