UNC Health Care is a Sponsor for Durham Pride

This year is the second year UNC Health Care has had a presence at the event and the first year as a sponsor. The 2018 event had around 7,000 participants and UNC Health Care had a table and marched. This activity qualifies for the Triangle Diversity Goal! Tell your manager if you are participating.

Pride: Durham, NC will take place Saturday, September 28, 2019 on Duke University’s East Campus at 1304 Campus Drive. UNC Health Care is a sponsor and will participate in the Parade and have an information table at the Festival.

This year is the second year UNC Health Care has had a presence at the event and the first year as a sponsor. The Festival and March attracted around 7,000 participants in 2018, with UNC Health Care having 30 people involved in staffing the table and marching.

This activity qualifies for the Triangle Diversity Goal! Tell your manager if you are participating. Pride: Durham, NC is an annual LGBTQ celebration of community, family, pride, and activism in Durham and across the state.
Pride: Durham, NC brings love and activism back to the forefront of Pride as a way to drive stronger connections and further growth and success. All people with love in their hearts and progress fueling them are welcome.
