Reschedule Functionality Enabled for Appointments Scheduled via My UNC Chart beginning Feb. 14

In an effort to improve the ease of scheduling for our patients, and more accurately capture the volume of appointments scheduled and completed, Reschedule functionality will be enabled in My UNC Chart beginning Feb. 14.

Patients who initially scheduled their appointment online, if needing to reschedule that appointment, will have the ability to do so through their My UNC Chart account. This functionality is only enabled for appointments that are scheduled online.
