Final Phase of System HR Standardized Policies Effective Dec. 15

We are in the final phase of HR standardized policies for UNC Health Care's owned entities (Caldwell, Chatham, UNC Medical Center, UNC Physician's Network, UNC REX, UNC Rockingham and non-state Shared Services staff). Standardizing policies and processes will create a consistent employee experience across UNC Health Care.

There are 22 polices in this phase, therefore we are dividing them into two groups; 4A and 4B. Please take the time to review the policies in group 4A as they apply to time and attendance, holiday pay and more

Links to those modules will be sent out next week. More detailed information about  group 4B will be sent out next week.

Please note: The following policies are already in effect for State Employees at the Medical Center due to the mytime implementation last December:

  • General Compensation
  • Special Pay for FLSA Exempt Employees
