State Employees Combined Campaign Payroll Deductions

2019 SECC payroll deductions did not draft in the Jan. 7 pay day. This issue has been addressed and deductions will draft appropriately beginning with the Jan. 21 pay day. In order to keep deductions drafting equally, a doubled deduction will come out on the Jan. 21 pay day to make up the difference from the missing Jan. 7 deduction. All subsequent payroll deduction drafts will come out on an equal basis through the end of calendar year 2020.
