UNC Hospitals and outpatient clinics in Chapel Hill continue to operate under normal schedules.

Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA), which supplies the water used at UNC Hospitals and our outpatient clinics in Orange County, experienced very low pressure this weekend because of a water main break. UNC Health Care thanks all employees for their help, support and patience during this situation, which helped to keep the hospitals and clinics operating normally throughout the water shortage.

UNC-Chapel Hill reopened at 10 a.m. Sunday. Classes will be held and offices will be open on a normal schedule Monday, Feb. 6.
