Chapel Hill Transit routes detoured on Dec. 12

Chapel Hill Transit will implement detours due to street closures for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Holiday parade on Saturday, Dec. 12. The parade will begin on East Franklin Street at the Morehead Planetarium, traveling west, and will end at Carrboro Town Hall on Main Street.

Pedestrian Bridge A (from Cardinal Deck nearest Dental School across Manning Dr.) at UNC will be closed beginning at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, through Monday, Nov. 23, for maintenance. Maps showing alternate pedestrian routes will be posted. The maintenance work requires that a portion of Manning Dr. be closed for night construction on Nov. 11 - 12.
