National Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition Month. Nutrition and Food Services would like everyone to help them celebrate.

Look for representatives from the nutrition team every Thursday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the lobby of the Children’s Hospital. We will have handouts, recipes, and games/quizzes with prizes. A new topic will be covered each week.

Week one of National Nutrition Month focuses on Eating for your Health. Topics you can expect to learn about are: ways to balance your diet, weight maintenance, exercise tips, and a few healthy recipes. Interested? Stop by our booth in the lobby of the Children’s Hospital on Thursday.
