Alert, Well, and Keeping Energetic

A.W.A.K.E (Alert, Well, and Keeping Energetic) is a support group for people affected by sleep apnea.

The Department of Neurology will lead lectures at the UNC Wellness Center for the A.W.A.K.E support group. This class is scheduled from 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11. Topics may include advice on complying with CPAP therapy, legal issues affecting those with sleep apnea, weight loss, and new research findings.
