Request for Applications for 2009 Community-Academic Partnership Grant

The North Carolina TraCS Institute has released a Request For Applications (RFA) for the 2009 Community-Academic Partnership Grant. This grant seeks to build the capacity of new community-academic partnerships to work together to solve problems in translating health knowledge into meaningful community health improvements. This funding will support the development, evaluation, and dissemination of innovative approaches and cross-organization collaborations that lead to improvements in access to care, health services delivery, and evidence-based interventions.

The North Carolina TraCS Institute will provide technical assistance via "Question and Answer sessions" on Aug. 27 from 2 - 3 p.m. and Sept. 1 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. To join these sessions, please call (919)-962-2733.
